Wat a delicious Dinner!!

Today, like all other working days.. Quite boring.. Readin of more newspapers.. And a bit more calls.. Cos it is peak period!! Nothing much la..

During lunchtime, the time tht i look forward to every working day.. I meet my secondary class mates when i cross the road near my workplace when i going for my lunch break.. They are "Fish and "Ball".. haha.. together they are "fishball".. (very bad.. making fun of their nicknames).. Like wat i said yesterday, Singapore is very small lor.. They were shocked to see me too.. :p

My colleagues and i went to Amara hotel's food court to have our lunch.. Just before we head back to the office, I was tempted to buy a slice of tiramisu cake back.. Because i worked at the restaurant tht i wanted to buy my cake last time.. My ex-colleague instead of giving mi a slice of cake, he gave me the whole 1/2 kg mousse cake.. Siaoz lor.. So more, i only paid for a slice of cake at a discounted price (considered as a old customer).. Actually, i quite scare tht i will get him into trouble.. Hiaz.. But nice cake through.. Juz lovin it!! (*mcd slogan*)

Just for your information, i have been having Yong Tau Foo for the past three days (Mon, Tue & Wed) tht was cooked by the infamous Chef Tan.. (tht's my bro) Ai yo!! Cannot take it ma.. The onli easiest thing to cook or the thing tht he knows how to cook well is yong tau foo.. Cos it is fast and easy.. Just boil the water, throw in the seasoning and the ingredients, let it boil for a while and OKie, it's done.. Dinner can be served with white rice cooked using rice cooker... Kao!!

I was hoping tht the menu can change today.. No more yong tau foo.. BUt the worse is yet to come.. Chef Tan called his mother in the afternoon to seek help on frying eggs.. OMG!! When i got home and i saw the eggs.. (Nightmare!!) or So to call the dinner.. I lost all my appetite.. The eggs was one of the dishes.. Which was a bit "chao ta" with some little black pieces here and there.. Looking at the photo will tells it all.. my goodness!!

Then, introducing the second dish of the dinner.. Three small little sardines with minimum sauce.. Open from a can food and put in to a pan to warm it up.. Nothing else was added!! Goodness.. Anyone pity mi??? Poor thing to eat the dinner.. Look at how tasty the second dish is.. Prepared by my one and only Chef Tan.. Ai yo.. (tell me how to eat like tht??)

So, I took things into my own hands.. I went to chop some onions and added then into the sardines and add some chilli sauce to flavour the second dish.. It taste slightly better..

Look at the bowl of food tht i had for dinner.. Does it look yummy to you in anyway??

Luckily, i will be going out for dinner with my bf tml.. or else.. I think i m dying off soon with the delicious food tht Chef Tan had prepared for the family.. (My bro prepare the dinner for the past few days because the rest of the family was working and busy.. So no one can cook at home for dinner except for him who is currently on a 2 weeks break..) Hiaz.. Wat delicious food i got!! haha..

Regarding my bf's trip to Alaska.. It is confirm!! So sianz lor.. Good for him.. But not so good for mi.. (*Sad*)
