Firstly, I went to Mediacorp Studio for the recording of Don't Forget the Lyrics (Ep 11) starring Tan Wei Lian, Chai Chun Jia and Shi Xin Hui. It's not the first time in the Studio watching a recording. It's still fun and interesting to go there. You may see me on screen as an audience.. Ha~ (Quote from Auntie Lucy: So embarrassing!) Here's some photo taken then:
That's my Brother holding the admission ticket!
That's me! Then, it was 9Th August (Singapore's National Day)! As a typical Singaporean, i am considerate pretty Kiasu.. Since i couldn't get the parade tickets and I wanted to watch the fireworks with my family. Most importantly, i don't wanna squeeze with all the ppl. I made a reservation at Hotpot culture located at Marina Square roughly 1 month in advance to make sure i have a gd spot to watch the fireworks. Ha~
This year is the second time, I watch the fireworks with my family.. I really enjoyed the time that i spend with them. Plus, i got a special guest who agreed to come along for the dinner. It's my bf! I am glad that he agreed to come to have dinner with my family. And i guess this is the first time we all have dinner together. It mean alot to me! Thanks Dear!!

Our gd view!! Look it's the National Flag!

Fireworks!! Woohoo~
Then, I went to the Singapore Toy, Games and Comic Convention 2009 on the Friday and Sunday of the event! It was so much fun with the cosplayers, lots of toys and games.. Plus i have a new favourite after the convention.. BLYTHE DOLL!!
Before going in.. Nervous!!
During the recording, i think i did a lousy job.. But it was a fun experience!!
My bro's turn.. Ha~
There were many cosplayers during this event. And i manage to take photo with some of them..
"L" Cosplayer
I dunno their character but their costume sure look nice!

Then, there comes my new favourite!! Hope i can own a customized doll of my own one day.. Any sponsors? One customized doll will cost about SGD$600 and up! But a normal doll will only cost about SGD$220. Anyway, it will be an expensive hobby once i start to collect them.
And the first thing to the collection, their very own book on the dolls. I also have the honour to let the designer of the dolls from Japan to sign on my book.. She is a very nice person and even invited me to a opening in Japan.. The sad thing is that i don't have the money to go there at this moment.
And then, below are all the photos of the dolls that i took during the convention.. Some of them are winning dolls from competitions.
Here's the charges..
Some other happenings in the month of August, i went out with my bro more than 3 times. I think this is the only period of time that we as siblings went out together. I enjoy the time that i spend with him and i know that deep down i will not have such a chance to go out with him or spend time with him in the near future. The reason being, he will be enlist to the police force and i will start my job training in end oct or early nov. Once i start to work, i won't have time to spend time with him..
I am a relief teacher for the past few months. I had the opportunity to go back to my primary to do relief for a day. Met up with my then teachers, some look older and some still as beautiful!! It feel good to go back there again..
On wednesday and thursday, i received a red pen and a flower from my students as teacher's day present!! Very sweet of them!! So i am a happy gal!! ha~
That's all for now..
