Gundam Fiesta Singapore 2009

Yoz, I went to Gundam Fiesta yesterday with my brother. One main reason because i can't stand the noise coming from the renovation of my block.. I wanted to take a nap but the noise is just unbearable! So, the best thing is to get out of the house! Where to? Gundam Fiesta!

The Fiesta is held at Compass Point, a long travelling journey for my brother and i. It's the 30th Anniversary of Gundam, so there's this fiesta. It not only have some exhibition of Gundam, there's also 20% discount for regular price products. (if i am not wrong abt the discount) Plus, there are also some event exclusive Gundam and one of them was the first to be release outside Japan. (How cool was tht? But was sold out already!)

One great thing about this Fiesta is that i have the opportunity to do my very first Gundam Model at the Gundam Model Kits Caravan! I have the chance to assemble my own Model Kit. The thing is that i was never interested to do one myself.. I always see my brother do it back at home. And my brother sign-up at the booth to do this activity.

It's an hour activity. I was thinking what i am suppose to do for that one hour at the mall.. Then, my brother says that since you are here, why not you try one.. Anyway, i have nothing better to do there too. Most important thing is that it is Free of Charge!! Ha~

I was one of the very few girls in my session and i was the oldest among them.. I should have join the adult session instead lor. But anyway, doing it with kids are more fun.. Ha~

Tht's the guy who help us during the session.. And the 8 years old kid sitting beside me.. He is a joker lor.. He keep dropping the model's head and then ask us, "Where is my Head?"..

Me being Chicky, replied "It's on top of your neck.. Ha~"

In the end, most of his model is done by the helper.. ha~ Poor Helper..

Last but not least, my brother made a purchase a one of these model made of recycled plastic before leaving the Fiesta. (We purchase the model on the right-hand side because the left-hand side model will only be available on Friday)
